Welcome to Canada and New Westminster

We are looking forward to welcoming our new students to New Westminster beginning on January 27th. Please ensure that flight information has been sent to the international office and that students have been in touch with their host families for their arrival day.

Please log into the Orientation Team when arriving in Canada. Students can see the Orientation Schedule, Orientation Guidebook and other information. Students and parents who have questions can email iep@sd40.bc.ca or call our office at 604.517.6285.

Host Family-Teacher Meetings Wednesday April 3, 2024

Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd. Registration for meeting times will begin at 6:00 PM on March 6 and close at 10:00 PM on March 12th. This is an excellent opportunity to meet your student's teachers and check their progress in their classes. Wednesday, April 3rd classes will begin at 11:56 and complete at 2:30. There are no morning classes on this day. more
