Programs - Short Term Programs - Application Process
- Completed application form. Please make sure that the student and parents both sign the application form.
- Current photograph (one).
- Application fees, payable to New Westminster School District Number 40.
Once we have received your scanned or posted application, the following process will apply:
Letter of Offer: If your application is accepted, we will send you a Letter of Offer. The Letter of Offer will state the program you have been accepted into, the fees payable to the school, and instructions for payment. If you are not accepted, we will send you a Letter of Refusal.
Submit Payment: To confirm your place in the school, pay the fees according to your Letter of Offer. Fees can be paid by bank-transfer, money-order, certified cheque, VISA or Mastercard. (If paying by credit card, an additional 2.5% will be charged on the total.)
Official Letter of Acceptance: When we receive your fees in full, we will send you an Official Letter of Acceptance.
Student Authorization: With the official Letter of Acceptance, you can apply for a visa and/or Study Permit (if required) at the Canadian Embassy or Consulate nearest you.
Come to New Westminster: When you have your Student Authorization, come to Canada and New Westminster!
